Free energy is the driving force of chemical and biochemical processes.  We develop and employ computational tools to estimate it quickly and reliably. Our marypri research area focuses on understanding and characterizing the interaction between big biological objects (protei-protein and protein-DNA). We are also interested in small molecule solvation and the prediction of material properties.
